It was promised that we will get the reimbursement of the RM30 by end April. But now is already June, so i wrote a letter to Dome Coffee(Melium Group). En Shahril, the Customer Relationship manager from Dome was prompt in giving me a response and promised to follow up on this matter.
Yesterday i received a call from him, mentioning that he has checked my case and apparently that the Midvalley's Dome did not submit back my card to the head office. Am happy with his good customer service and as i shared with him that i planned to have my birthday in DOME since with purchase above RM200, can get a complimentary DOME cake. He promised to send me some DOME vouchers so that i can still enjoy my birthday in DOME.
I am glad to Melium Group and Dome Coffee for letting me to enjoy good coffee in DOME for my birthday celebration. and personally, thanks to En Shahril for his good service.
